The Architect’s project brief for this one was to design something that would blend into the surrounding farmland and would convince the heritage consultants and conservation officer at the council that it would compliment the landscape and not detract from it. They chose to utilise a VM Zinc Anthra Standing Seam roofing and facade in order to acheive this goal.

Our client came to us wanting an extension that got the most out of the long lasting and environmentally friendly materials, as well as a design that really stood out.  We installed diagonal standing seam zinc on the walls and the roof, the beams were clad around the windows in single locking zinc panels to give a truly bespoke feel.
